El Nenaiea is a family owned-business, established in 1969, located in the fertile Nile River Delta region about one hour north of Cairo.

Our products are either grown on our own farms and / or received from contracts with big farms / growers to ensure proper pesticide application for food safety. Our raw material is grown in reclaimed and agricultural lands away from pollution and any environment friendly atmosphere. The weather and soil in the region are very conducive to excellent products.

The company's activities are split into dehydration of vegetables (mainly onions, garlic and leek); and steam distillation of onion and garlic oils. We were the first company in Egypt which started exporting its products to the European market.

The company is approved as a supplier for major companies in the food industry such as UBF, Nestlé and Heinz.

In addition to dehydrated onions the company also produces other dried vegetables as well as medicinal and perfume oils.

El Nenaiea maintains the highest quality standards by using only superior raw materials and processing standards as well as having European standard laboratories for regular quality control.

All preparation, processing, packaging and handling operations are carried out strictly under hygienic conditions. All packages are labeled according to the customer standards.
